About me

Hi there-I’m Chelsea Phegley,

I help people move through life’s tender, tangled places, stuck spots, identity shifts, grief, burnout, relationship changes, and the quiet inner knowing that something needs to shift. If you are someone that has felt like there’s a rule book everyone else seems to know that you just don’t understand. I get it. My work is deeply relational, body-based, and rooted in the belief that while I believe we have everything we need inside of us already, but we aren’t meant to do it alone.

I was raised in rural Alaska and feel deeply connected to nature. I come from a background in nursing and cultural anthropology, and I’m a licensed psilocybin facilitator in Oregon. I’m also trained in Internal Family Systems (Level 1), somatic trauma work, and integrative parts work approaches. In somatic work we work with the sensation of strong emotions and reactions and help you process them. This is unlike most talk therapy approaches that focus on the story of what happened which can often be re-traumatizing for people.

What ties my work together is a respect and admiration for the wisdom of the nervous system, the healing power of relationship, and the way our bodies hold stories waiting to be heard. I believe your healing Journey is unique to you and together we uncover what works for you.

The style I use isn’t in a traditional talk therapy format. We slow down. We listen to your body. We build safety inside and out. Together we follow what’s ready to emerge with care, curiosity, consent, and a deep respect for your inner process. I believe that healing doesn’t have to be a slog, we can grow more joy in our lives and have fun along the way.

Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, preparing for a psychedelic journey, or simply tired of carrying it all alone, I’m here to walk the path with you.
